We want to make sure you love what you get and are happy with how things fit. We have a generous window for returns and exchanges that is 30 days from your shipping date.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, immediately email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damage or defect so we can authorize your return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return or exchange be sure to email us *before the 30 day window closes*.
Once your returned item is received and has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund status. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Sale items are final sale, unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
For a size exchange of the same item you ordered, email customer service at email@example.com so we can authorize your exchange and confirm we have the size you need available.
If the item you'd like to return was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a Gift Card will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You are responsible for any return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item worth over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
INDAMIX is not responsible for returned items lost in shipping.
